Add to Sequence & Reintroduce Contact
Manage which sequence a contact is on within a campaign. Use Add to Sequence to enroll a contact in a new campaign sequence, or use Reintroduce to restart a contact from a different point in a sequence they're already subscribed to.
Add to Sequence
Use this feature to add a contact to a campaign sequence they are not currently enrolled in.
Step 1: Navigate to Contacts
From the left-side panel menu, click on Contacts > All Contacts.
Step 2: Open the Contact's Profile
Click on the contact's email address to open their profile page.

Step 3: Click "Add to Sequence"
On the contact's profile page, scroll down to the Campaigns section and click the Add to Sequence button.
Step 4: Select the Sequence
In the Add to Sequence dialog, browse or search for the sequence you want to add the contact to. The sequence name is shown at the top of each option, and the campaign name is displayed below it. Select the desired sequence and click Next.

Step 5: Choose the Starting Event
Select which event in the sequence the contact should start from. You'll see a list of available events (e.g., Send Email, Add Tag) along with any wait times between them. Choose your desired starting point and click Add.

📝 Note: The contact will begin receiving the sequence from the starting event you selected. All subsequent steps in the sequence will be scheduled automatically.
Reintroduce Contact
Use this feature when a contact is already subscribed to a campaign and you want to change where they are in the sequence — for example, to restart them from an earlier step or skip ahead to a later event.
⚠️ Important: When a contact is reintroduced to a sequence, all pending scheduled jobs for that contact in the sequence are deleted. The contact will then start from the event you select, and the system will schedule the subsequent steps of the sequence from that point forward.
Step 1: Navigate to Contacts
From the left-side panel menu, click on Contacts > All Contacts.
Step 2: Open the Contact's Profile
Click on the contact's email address to open their profile page.
Step 3: Expand the Campaigns Section
On the contact's profile page, scroll down to the Campaigns section. Click the dropdown arrow (▼) next to the Add to Sequence button to expand the list of campaigns the contact is currently subscribed to.
Step 4: Click "Reintroduce"
Find the campaign you want to reintroduce the contact to and click the Reintroduce button next to it.

Step 5: Select the Sequence and Starting Event
In the Reintroduce Contact dialog, you'll see a list of events in the sequence. The sequence name is displayed at the top, and the campaign name beneath it. Select the event you want the contact to start from.
Step 6: Confirm the Reintroduction
Once you've selected the starting event, click the Reintroduce button to confirm. The system will immediately cancel all pending jobs and reschedule the contact starting from your selected event.
