Campaign Sequence Series Events
Campaign sequences are built using a combination of events and actions to create a flow that guides subscribers.
These events allow for sophisticated automation and personalization of marketing campaigns.
Let's Start!
Adding and Removing Tags
You can add one or more tags simultaneously. You can create a new tag or select an existing tag from the list. Click save to continue.
You can edit or delete the tags by clicking the button at the right side.
A message confirmation will pop-up before deleting the event. Click yes if you want to proceed.
Remove tag sequence
Select the 'remove tags' from the dropdown menu and click continue to proceed.
Tye the tag you want to remove or select from the dropdown menu then click save to continue.
Data Sequence
Advance campaign link: Choose to advance a campaign link to another stage.

Clone field data - Typically refers to a feature or functionality that allows you to duplicate or replicate a specific field or element within an email or email campaign.
Select event clone field data.
Select the from and to data fields from the dropdown menu and save.
Delete inactive contact - Adding this event will let you delete contacts that meet your goal or criteria.
Suppress email: Select this event to exclude certain email addresses or contacts (already saved as suppression lists) from receiving specific marketing or communication emails within the current campaign sequence you're working on.
Select event suppress email
Select from the list and save.

Unsubscribe contact - This event unsubscribes a contact when it meets a goal or certain criteria.
Select the event unsubscribe contact.
Send
- Send email - Contacts or audiences who reached this part of the sequence will receive your email copy.

Send HTTP post
- Sending HTTP POST requests in campaign sequences allows you to extend the functionality of your email marketing efforts by connecting with other systems and automating various processes, making your campaigns more dynamic and effective.
Select the event send HTTP post. Click Continue.
Enter the URL of the external service or API you want to communicate with.
Add Outbound Throttle Group (Optional) - sets a limit on the number of HTTP POST requests that can be sent within a specified time period, often measured in requests per minute (RPM) or requests per second (RPS). For example, you might configure a throttle group to allow only 100 requests per minute.
Enter outbound throttle group details. Click Save.
Select Content Type
Complete the details and save.
Send notification
- This action triggers the sending of an email notification to a designated recipient within your organization when a predefined event takes place.
- Sending notifications as part of a campaign sequence allows you to proactively engage with your audience, respond to their actions, and automate various communication processes.
Select send notification from the events list. Click Continue.
The email editor page will display. Note that it says Send Notification on top.
Sequence
Delay timer
- To introduce a time delay or pause between the sending of email messages or other actions within the sequence. These timers are used to control the timing and pacing of your email communication to ensure that messages are delivered at the right intervals for a more effective and personalized customer experience.
Select the delay timer event. Click Continue.
Set the timer settings.
Halt sequence
The "Halt sequence" event allows you to stop a contact's progression through a sequence when they meet a specific goal or condition.
Select from the dropdown list and click save to continue.
