All Contacts
Contacts play a crucial role in email automation. They are the recipients of your carefully crafted messages, and their engagement can drive the success of your campaigns. Consequently, collecting and organizing contact information is important. This will help you deliver relevant and engaging campaigns to the right audience.
The "All Contacts" menu or section typically provides an overview of your entire email contact list.
Simply click on 'Contacts' on the left side menu panel. Then, select 'All Contacts'. Here's what the page looks like:
Here are the different actions and tasks you can perform while in the All Contacts section:
- Add contact(s) manually. Simply click on +Contact in the upper right corner of the page.

Import contacts. You can import contacts by uploading your CSV file.

Search contacts. Utilize the search contacts for quick search.
Customize the display of contacts by sorting them based on email address, name, and date added.
You can preview your contacts based on status (subscribed or unsubscribed) by using search contacts filters. Scroll down to the Subscription Status filter and click search.
Customize the number of contacts displayed per page.
You can utilize the Select All button to select all the contacts displayed on the page.
Otherwise, to select all contacts, click on 'Select all xxxxx contacts found. '
Then choose to apply these tasks below:
Delete contacts. To delete selected contacts.
Export contacts. To export your contacts to a CSV file.
