Adding Single Entry to Contacts

Contacts play a crucial role in email automation. They are the recipients of your carefully crafted messages, and their engagement can drive the success of your campaigns. Consequently, collecting and organizing contact information is important. This will help you deliver relevant and engaging campaigns to the right audience.


Let's start!

Go to Contacts>All Contacts from the left side panel. Select '+Contact'.

Fill in the required fields. Campaign Refinery has default fields: First Name, Last Name, and Email. You may add more information needed for the contact by using Custom Fields.

You can select from your loaded custom fields or choose 'Skip using preconfigured forms' to create/add new custom fields. Click 'Continue'.

Option 1: Choose a preconfigured form from the Custom Fields drop-down box. The page will display the fields included in the form you selected. Fill out the form

Click 'Continue'.

You will be directed to the 'Edit Contact' page. Make necessary edits. Click 'Save'.

Option 2 Select Skip using preconfigured forms. Click 'Continue'.

You will be directed to the Edit Contact page. Make necessary edits. Click 'Save'.

Upon clicking 'Save' you will get a notification 'Saved contact data for xxx@xxxxx'. You will be directed to the Contact's Profile page.
