Edit/Create Audience Segments in Broadcasts

Editing or Creating Audience Segments in Broadcasts allows users to define and refine specific groups of recipients for targeted messaging.

In this article, we'll guide you through creating/editing audience segments for broadcasts.


Let's start!

Check the broadcast for which you want to edit the Segment Audience.

Click the 'Edit' dropdown button under ACTIONS, opposite the broadcast you're working on. Select Audience.

Select from the dropdown list to choose a different Audience Segment for the broadcast. Then, click 'Save' to apply the change.

You can make changes to the audience segment while retaining the audience segment name.

  • Plug in the preferred filters and click 'Update • {Audience Segment Name}'

Or you can create a new broadcast and change the audience segment for the one you're working on.

  • After plugging in the changes on the filters, write the new audience segment name and click Create.
