Creating a Form Within a Campaign

If you want a form connected to a specific campaign, you need to create it from inside that campaign.

⚠️ Note: The campaign connection is set at creation and cannot be changed later, a standalone form cannot be attached to a campaign afterward, and a campaign form cannot be detached from it. If you want a standalone form instead, see Creating Forms.

Let's get started!

Go to Campaigns > All My Campaigns and select the campaign you are working on.

Select the Forms tab.

Click the +Form button at the top right side of the page, or Add a Form to this Campaign.

Name the form you are setting up, and click Continue.

The form is created and connected to this campaign, and you are redirected to the form settings screen.

Forms created inside a campaign also appear under Contacts > Forms. You can edit, clone, or delete the form from either place, the campaign's Forms tab or the Contacts > Forms page.
