Creating/Editing Forms
Forms are one way to collect opt-in leads from visitors to your website or landing page. The following article shows where to go and get your forms set up.
⚠️ Before you start: A form's campaign connection is set when the form is created and cannot be added or removed later. cloning a form keeps its connection state, so a clone of a standalone form is also standalone. If you want your form connected to a campaign, create it from inside that campaign instead, see Creating a Form Within a Campaign.
Let's get started!
Go to Contacts > Forms. Here you will see all of your forms, including forms created inside campaigns.

Creating a New Form
Click the +Form button at the top right side of the page.

Name the form you are setting up, and click Continue.

The form is created and you are redirected to the form settings screen, where you will see the Form Fields, Form Settings, and Form Code sections.

Form Fields
In the Form Fields tab, you will see your current custom fields available. The form itself already has fields that ask for basic details. Here you can enable which fields are to be included and select which ones are required to be filled before the customer can submit the form.
📝 Learn how to add, change, or edit the Custom Fields in this article (Create edit load custom fields).
When you have selected the custom fields, click the Save Form Fields Settings button. You will see a notification that your form has been updated. To go back to editing, simply click the form name.

Form Settings
Now you can continue editing the Form Settings. Check the box next to the setting you want to include (optional). The most common function to check in this tab is the "Check to pass the contact's user ID to the success page on completion."
Optionally, you can also add a security feature that adds an invisible ReCAPTCHA field.
You can add a success or error prompt if the user submits the form or misses a required field. Once you're done, click the Save Form Settings button.

Form Code
Lastly, to enable the form on your website, copy the snippet from the Form Code tab and add the code to your landing page.

Editing an Existing Form
To edit an existing form, click the Edit button to the right under the ACTIONS column.

Notice that your header indicates which form you are editing. Select whether to edit your Form Fields, Form Settings, or Form Code by clicking on the appropriate tab.
