Campaign Sequences: Reporting

The sequences Reporting page is where you can view detailed insights into the performance of your email sequences. This page provides valuable metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, These insights empower you to gauge the effectiveness of your email sequences within specific campaigns and make data-driven refinements.


Let's start!


  1. Go to Campaigns>All My Campaigns from the left side panel menu. Select the campaign name for which you want to view the performance metrics report.
  2. Next, you will see the function tabs of the campaign you selected. On the Sequences tab, click to open/view a sequence.
  3. Upon clicking on a sequence, you will get to the editor page. Click on the Reporting tab, next to the Editor tab.
  4. On the Reporting tab, you'll find a performance summary for all emails in the selected sequence.
  5. Notice the 'Delivered' drop-down. You can click on it and easily select to see reporting from the last 24 hours, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days.
    1. Still, you can select specific time frames by clicking on the from-to-date boxes.
  6. Notice this note on the opens, clicks, and unsubscribes rate.
  7. You'll have an overview of the delivered, opens, clicks, and unsubscribes. If you have delivered messages, you can either click on the numbers with links or the View Report icon.
  8. You will see a more detailed report including Message Details, Mailbox Performance, and the Top Links Clicked.
    1. Let's have a closer look at this page. Again here, the open rate, click rate, unsubscribes, and complaints are all interactive. Clicking on any of these will reveal the contacts associated with specific actions—like identifying those who opened the email, clicked on links, and/or unsubscribed.
    2. Notice that you can actually save this list of contacts as a new audience segment. The same can be done for contacts that clicked on links, unsubscribed, as well as complaints, and bounced.
  9. Under the ACTIONS header, you can edit emails and view reports.
