Personalize Email/Message

Personalizing emails is a powerful way to engage your recipients and create a more tailored communication experience.

  • Whether you choose the regular editor or the custom HTML editor, variables allow you to dynamically insert contact-specific information, such as names, email addresses, or any other data you have collected.
  • You can create personalized subject lines and message content that can deliver more relevant and targeted messages that resonate with your audience, ultimately driving better engagement and results.

Let's get started!

Merge Variables

  • You can add merge variables to your email by choosing from Campaign Refinery's pre-defined custom fields or loading your own. Ensure that the desired variable is already set up as a custom field and has data in it.

  • Insert your link in the intended location in the email body.

Incorporate the merge variable into the link as needed. Place the cursor where you need the merge variable.

Choose the merge variable that you need to use in your link.
