Broadcast Message Analytics

Broadcasts are used for one-off emails to a pre-defined audience or segments.

The Engagement section on the broadcast dashboard shows all the data about your broadcast, including a 'Report' tab.

Let's start!

  1. Click Broadcasts on the left-side panel menu. See the broadcast for which you would like to view the analytics.

  1. The Engagement section quickly previews your broadcast's performance, including the Sent percentage, Open rate, and Click rate. The numbers are clickable for more detailed information.
    1. Clicking on the Sent percentage or the Report icon summarizes your broadcast's data.

    3. lower portion shows the message details, including the top clicked links, and mailbox performance
    4. Clicking the Open rate will display the contacts who opened the message.
    5. Note that here, you can save this list of contacts as a new audience segment. The same is true with the contacts that will be listed under clicked, unsubscribed, complaints, and bounced.
    6. Clicking the Click rate will display the contacts that clicked on a campaign link within the email message
    7. Clicking the Unsubscribed rate will list contacts who clicked and requested to unsubscribe in the email message.
    8. Clicking on the Complaints rate will list the emails with the status 'Complained'
    9. Clicking on the Bounced rate will reveal the contacts' email addresses for whom the message failed to be delivered. The status Unsubscribed here means the contacts are no longer subscribed.
