Adding an Email Header and Footer
The header and footer are two very important parts of your email campaign. It generally contains campaign information.
Additionally, the header/footer information must comply with CAN-SPAM regulations. Ideally, the physical address should also match the physical address used in your WHOIS domain information, as well as with the information in your privacy policy and terms & conditions on your website. The more that your business mirrors a legitimate entity, the more trustworthy it appears to Google and other Internet Service Providers (ISPs), which assess the credibility of senders.
Let's start!
To create your email header and footer, from your main dashboard, you have to go to Settings>Email Header/Footer. Then click on the 'Email Header/Footer' icon.
- Fill out the necessary fields. You can Enable or disable the Header by ticking/unticking the checkbox saying Enable header unsubscribe. After you have entered the details, click on 'Save'.
- After saving all the informations you will then get a notification that the email footer was created.
- To edit any header/footer, click the Edit button at the right, opposite of the Email Header/Footer.
- Fill out the necessary informations and then click Save.
📝You can tick or untick the checkbox that says 'Enable header unsubscribe'.
The available footers will appear on the drop-down menu whenever you create your broadcast or email campaign.
