Add a Header and Footer
The header and footer are two very important parts of your email campaign. It generally contains the campaign information.
Additionally, the header/footer information must comply with CAN-SPAM regulations. Ideally, the physical address should also match the physical address used in your WHOIS domain information, as well as with the information in your privacy policy and terms & conditions on your website. The more that your business mirrors a legitimate entity, the more trustworthy it appears to Google and other Internet Service Providers (ISPs), which assess the credibility of senders.
Let's start!
- To create your email header and footer, you have to go to Settings>Email Header/Footer. Then click on the '+Email Header/Footer'
- Fill out the necessary fields. You can Enable or disable the Header by ticking/unticking the checkbox saying Enable header unsubscribe. After you have entered the details, click on 'Save'.
- You will then get a notification that the email footer was created.
- To edit any header/footer, click the Edit button at the right, opposite of the Email Header/Footer.
- Click Save.
- The available footers will appear on the drop-down menu whenever you create your broadcast or email campaign.
