Branches

The Branches feature allows you to create custom rulesets based on tags and/or customer profile information. Tailor your messages to different audience segments based on various criteria, such as demographics, behavior, or engagement level.

By creating distinct paths within the campaign, branches ensure that recipients receive relevant and personalized content, increasing the chances of engagement, conversion, and overall campaign success.


Let's start!

  1. Select the campaign you would like to work on.
  2. Go to the Branches tab.
  3. Click on either +Branches in the upper right of the screen or the Add a Branch to this Campaign icon in the middle of the page
  4. Type in a name for the branch you will create.
  5. Create your rulesets.
    1. You can set conditions based on Profile. This uses the information from the custom fields that you already have of your contacts.
    2. Then use the operators such as Equals, Doesn't Equal, etc. to further define the rule.
    3. You can also set conditions based on Tags.
    4. Notice that you can set multiple values and conditions.

    5. Select the Action that will happen when the trigger condition is met.
  6. Select to Save a Branch or Add a Bundle or another set of Trigger-Action criteria.
  7. Finally, make sure that you have set an automation rule within your campaign that will kick off the Branch.
